We provide commercial diving and marine services including hull cleaning, zinc replacement, inspections, and related work as listed on our website. Availability may depend on weather, tides, and safety conditions.
2. Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate marina and slip information
Ensure safe access to the vessel
Keep engines off and avoid vessel movement while divers are in the water
We may reschedule services for safety reasons at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Current pricing is posted on our website or provided in a quote. Additional labor may apply for heavy growth, obstructions, or unforeseen conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
Unpaid balances may result in late fees or paused services.
4. Cancellations
Customer-initiated cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
If we reschedule due to weather, tides, or safety factors, no fee applies.
5. Safety & Liability
We perform services according to commercial diving safety standards. Underwater conditions may reveal pre-existing damage or corrosion not visible beforehand. We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Paint loss or discoloration from marine growth removal
Hardware failure due to corrosion or aging
Structural issues uncovered during cleaning
Customers must disclose known hazards (fishing line in prop, prior damage, loose hardware, etc.).
6. No Warranty on Performance Outcomes
Marine growth varies by conditions. We do not guarantee performance improvements, speed increases, or fuel savings following service.
7. Service Reports
Photos or notes provided after service are informational and not a substitute for a professional marine survey.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that specific service appointment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Website Use
All content on our website is owned by Bainbridge Divers LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Users agree not to disrupt site functionality or misuse information.
